What is the minimum stay at Bahia 155?

The minimum stay is 7 nights. This is a requirement of the Vista Verde East HOA and applies year-round. We cannot accommodate shorter stays.

How far is the condo from St. Pete Beach?

Bahia 155 is located on Isla del Sol, just across the Pinellas Bayway bridge from St. Pete Beach. Pass-A-Grille Beach is a short walk — roughly 15-20 minutes on foot over the bridge. You can also drive to the main St. Pete Beach strip in about 5 minutes.

How far is Bahia 155 from Tampa International Airport?

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 35 minutes south via I-275. It’s one of the most convenient airports in the country, and the drive is easy with no major toll roads between the airport and Isla del Sol.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the schedule — contact us in advance to ask.

Is parking available? Is there a fee?

Yes — Bahia 155 includes one reserved parking space (spot #7, close to the front door) at no extra cost. A parking permit is required from the HOA management company and is arranged at booking. Second vehicles can use guest parking in the complex. An EV charging station is also available in the parking lot.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed at Bahia 155. This is an HOA policy for Vista Verde East and applies to all guests. Service animals with proper documentation may be accommodated — please contact us to discuss before booking.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the condo or on the patio. This is a strict no-smoking property. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.

What is included in the rental — linens, towels, kitchen supplies?

Quite a lot! Bahia 155 is fully equipped for your stay. Included are: bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans), Keurig coffee maker, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach chairs (2 folding), rolling cooler, and beach towels. How do I book? Do I need a VRBO account?

Bahia 155 is listed on VRBO as Property #2123523. You can book directly through VRBO at vrbo.com/2123523. A VRBO account is required to complete the booking — it’s free to create. Payment is split: 50% due at booking, and the remaining 50% due 15 days before check-in.

What are the fees beyond the nightly rate?

In addition to the nightly rate, expect: a Cleaning Fee of $135 per stay, a Property Fee of $100 per stay, a Damage Protection fee of $59 (non-refundable, covers accidental damage up to $1,500), and applicable taxes (Florida State 6% + Pinellas County 7%). VRBO will show the full breakdown before you confirm your booking.

Is there a pool? Can I use the hot tub?

Yes! There is a heated outdoor community pool and hot tub/spa approximately 60 steps from the condo’s front door. Pool hours are Dawn to Dusk. No lifeguard is on duty, so swim at your own risk. No glass or food is allowed in the pool area, and no pets are permitted on the pool deck.

Is there EV charging at the property?

Yes — the Vista Verde East parking lot has an EV charging station available for guests. Details about access will be provided at booking.

Is the condo accessible? Are there stairs?

Bahia 155 is a ground floor unit with no stairs. It’s one of the most accessible units in the community and is ideal for guests with mobility considerations. The reserved parking space is close to the front door.
