One car will park in spot #7. Located behind the trash dumpster. Any second cars will then need to park in a Guest spot.
A parking permit will need to be acquired from the HOA management company. This is what the application fee covers. No fee should be due to pick-up the permit and should be pre-paid. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. You will need information referencing your vehicle that will include the plate number and state. Not getting this permit will result in fines additional to your anticipated charges. Any of these fines will be charged to the CC on file.

Property damage protection aka/ Damage Deposit
For a non-refundable fee of $59 guests receive a low cost property damage policy that covers accidental damages, where the owner is the beneficiary. This fee covers up to $1,500 in accidental damages at no additional cost to the renter. Damages above $1,500 are assessed and collected per the Rental Agreement.
Coverage Includes
- Accidental property damage. We’ll cover broken lamps, windows and glass; damaged doors, walls and furniture; stained bedding or linens and more.

Payment terms
First payment: 50% Due when reservation is booked or reserved
Second payment: 50% 15 Days before check-in
Minimum Stay
Since this is a residential community, it is a requirement that all rental agreements be a minimum stay of 7 days.

Cleaning Fee (per stay): $135
Property Fee (per stay): $100
Pets are NOT allowed.
